Choose a PDF and specify the physical pages to process. The tool removes external and internal Link annotations on those pages. It retains the page content, so a printed address or underlined phrase still looks the same.
Why a URL may still be clickable
PDF readers can detect website addresses from plain text. That behavior belongs to the reader and is separate from embedded annotations. If the tool reports no annotations, a clickable address may be generated by your viewer. Bookmarks and document-level actions are outside this tool’s scope.
